I couldn’t agree more about cafes…in any part of the world they are a great people-watching place, thinking place, feeling-in-the-scene place!

I enjoyed my morning cafe creme as well, oh, and the croissant…delightful!
Funny thing is that I had never read blogs before I went to Paris last fall so I didn’t think to take pictures of the treats I was eating. It didn’t occur to me, I was just savoring them in my taste buds and mind, but I could’ve brought home photos of them!
WHY OH WHY did it take me so long to get into blogging? The things I am learning! Now I will have to go back, just to stock up on photos of everything that inspired me, right down to the morning treats.
Thank goodness you are around, I can come here to remember the beauty…

You seem to go for the plain croissants, right? Not me….I like to start out every morning in Paris with an almond croissant, which is simply to die for. I don’t even want to know how many calories are in one of those !!!

I confess…that s what I did my first visit. I think everyone does. I always think ‘what if this is the only time I am in Paris my whole life…gotta see it all!’ But then I return and relax!
