I tried to be ‘good’ and remember all of the things that you all wanted pictures of in Paris. Please forgive me if I haven’t remembered you…it was certainly unintentional. It felt like you were all there with me, whispering…’ohh I like that one’, ‘take a shot of that for me, Robin’.
Corey likes doorknobs. How do you like these Corey?
And Sognatrice wanted wildlife. I hope these qualify!
Karen did a post on her blog about figs this summer. I thought she may like these…
Chouzy likes the bridges on the Seine…
oh, and how could I forget that she looooooves Berthillon….
Melissa, Melinda and Terry all wanted to see the Musee d’Orsay. How about this shot from the river?
Melinda also likes the Guerlain on the Champs-Elysees. This one’s for you…
And this magic one is for all of you. Forgive the poor quality…I haven’t mastered the night shots…
And Poppy, even though I did not go to the Rodin this time, you can view some great photo’s here from another Paris visit.
Thanks for coming *with* me on my trip to Paris.

Sognatrice,
That 1st elephant is the first thing we walked into on the street after getting settled in the hotel….I almost couldn’t take the picture I was laughing so hard…who would have thought…wildlife

Oh I see Guerlain!!! I do love a good puff of perfume and I do hope you get to go inside and spray something yummy on!
Glad you like the photo! I hope you make it there…someday!
Try a splash of Jicky or Mitsouko.
Thankyou for remembering ! May you buy something delish and they give you HUGE amounts of samples! That is heaven on earth to me! LOL

Melinda,
Unfortunately, they were closed when we were there, but for many, many years my Mom wore ‘Shalimar’ perfume…which is from Guerlain. Hmmm..maybe she started my Paris obsession!!

Robin _ Your pictures are so beautiful, but they are NOTHING compared to your exceptional kindness for thinking of us and including us in your fantastic Paris adventure. You can’t imagine what a good feeling I have right now.
Love,
Chouzy

Thanks KC. I really wanted to pick the figs and eat them…but didn’t want to explain my way out of French Jail

Ah oui…je pense que mon coeur et en Paris…vraiment!
BTW, did you see that some body ripped one of the Monets in the d’Orsey?
That broke my heart…..

Yes, I saw it on the news last night. Awful, just awful! I was going to post about it, but didn’t want to dignify the vandals by giving them my space!
