Hi My Melange,
I'm headed (back) to Rome for probably my last visit for a long while in mid-May (sniff, sniff!). I think I'll take my visiting friend to Cul de Sac. We won't hit Obika since I live in buffalo Mozz. Country (Campania!). I think I'll be there a week before you. I'll let you know if I come across any other gems.
Thanks for the great list. I'm enjoying poking around your site ;)

Cul de Sac and Obika - though there are pretty well-known in Rome now - are still two of my favorite spots in Rome to grab a quick bite!

Yes, I second that Terry. Hopefully they can find more survivors and homes for the homeless!

Thanks Susan! Sure, I'd have to put you in another bag, but as long as you don't mind paying the baggage fee, I'd be glad to have you :)

What a way to enjoy Rome via its gastronomy! You must be so excited with your trip only being a little more than a month away now.
I LOVE tripe. My father used to make it in a soup which was absolutely delicious!
Maybe you've come across this site by Kyle Phillips? I recently did and am really enjoying it. There are some great recipes offered up here ;o) Ciao!
