Those Roman Doors

As promised, I have finally gotten around to show you my collection of Roman door pictures.

If you missed it, I have previous photo posts of French Doorways, Roman Windows the Campo dei Fiori market and what you see Behind the Italian Doorways.

So, without further ado, here are my favorite Roman doors!

Now I need your help!  Many of these will be made into cards and prints. Question is: which ones?

I'd like you to help me with that by voting!

The last and personal favorite is a given
.  But, why not tell me which cards- by number (from 1 to 22) you think would make great cards.

You can vote for as many as you like!

I'll get around to Roman Door Knockers and Street Signs in the coming month.  Stay tuned!

And thanks for playing along.

What a sneaky way to lure people to your site. I’ll have to keep this in mind. We are kindred souls. My husband just shakes his head when I stop all progress to take a picture. So which do I like best–VERY hard choice. I love the ivy draped ones, and personally, I go for the really aged doors, but that might not appeal on a note card. So, my personal choice is 4, but for a card, maybe nicer ones like 7, 11(intrigues me because I can’t figure out how tall it is. Love the mail sticking out of the mail slot), 12, 17, 18,19, 20

Thank you Vera!!!  My other half rolls his eyes when I have to stop and take a pic every other second!  And he is usually very patient.  But he also says I have an eye for details- that I spot things most others would miss.  I’ll take the good with the bad ;)

Love your doors Robin… my E is a big fan too. She always takes pictures of doors and they’re framed all around the house. I like #12, 17, 18, 19 and 20. The flowers/ivy growing around those doors are great!
