I love a good road trip. Well, a close road trip. Like within a few hours road trip. And Southern Vermont fit that bill- and then some.
Here are some of my favorite Vermont shots from the road.

And a special thanks to my driver, who had to stop the car, turn around or simply slam on the brakes and veer onto the shoulder, safely, on more than one occassion while I fumbled to get my camera ready to catch some of these shots.

Vermont is such a beautiful place. My mom lives in Burlington and the ride from my home in Massachusetts is lovely, especially in the fall. Your photographs are stunning.

Ahhh…Vermont.We fell in love in Vermont, married in Vermont. My first nursing job was at Mary Fletcher Hospital in Burlington. Both J & Michael went to UVM. Vermont is so special to us. Our song is Moonlight in Vermont! I love the pictures!J home now almost a week after major back surgery. Peter’s wedding in Sonoma was beautiful and great fun!
